Packet Pick-up

You can either help us out on Friday, May 30, 2008 or on Saturday, May 31, 2008.

** Packet Pick-up on Friday (5/30/2008) will be at Bon Secours Health Center at Virginia Beach (click for directions) from 5:30 - 8:00 PM.

** Packet Pick-up on Saturday (5/31/2008) will be at Conte's Bicycle & Fitness in Norfolk (click for directions) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (there are multiple shifts during this time).

Please show up 15 minutes prior to the time listed for your shift.
DUTIES:
  • Direct athletes as to what to do at Packet Pick-up
  • Review paperwork to ensure we have all of the required information
  • Collect moneys for registration and license fees
  • Pass out packets and answer general questions about the race
PLEASE NOTE:   All volunteers must be registered with the race in order to access Naval Station Norfolk on race day. We will mail gate passes to you approximately 1-2 weeks before the event. Unless you have DoD decals on your vehicle, you will be required to have one of our gate passes to get on base. Therefore, to allow gate passes to reach you by mail in time, please register before May 20th.
