If I can't make it to Packet Pick-Up, can I still participate in the event?
Yes. Send an e-mail to Brian Sagedy at bsagedy@cox.net  BEFORE May 15th and a gate pass, race morning packet pick-up instructions and a USA Triathlon one-day permit form (if needed) will be mailed to you. You WILL NOT receive your packet in the mail.

Yes. In the event that you are not participating, someone else may pick up your packet. They will be required to turn in all race numbers before getting your packet.
TOP
What do I need to bring to Packet Pick-up?
All participants will need a picture ID. If you are a USA Triathlon member, you MUST have your card with you. If you have lost your card, go to the USA Triathlon web site (http://www.usatriathlon.org/login.html) to print out a copy. We will not take your word that you are a current member.
TOP
I am not a USA Triathlon member. What do I do?
You will be required to fill in a one-day permit form at packet pick-up. All non-USAT members must fill in the form, even if you paid for your one-day permit when you registered for the event.

I think I paid for my USA Triathlon one-day permit when I registered.  What do I do?
If you paid for the permit when you registered, our records will indicate that you did so. You will still need to fill out the one-day permit form. If you did not pay with your entry, you will be required to pay the one-day fee before you get your packet. One-day fees can only be paid by CASH or CHECK.

I paid for an Annual USAT License at a previous event but have never received my card. What do I do?

First, go on line to USA Triathlon web site (http://www.usatriathlon.org/login.html) to check you membership status. You may be listed as a current member and be able to print out a card. Quite often you will show up as a member long before they send out your membership packet.

If you do not show up as a member, bring the yellow copy of the USA Triathlon membership application showing that you paid for an annual membership with you to packet pick-up as proof of membership.
